help!!

Hello, everyone... I need your help in finding a fic, please!

It may have been called something like Second Chances or I might just be making that up completely or mixing it up with something else.

This is what I remember: Ron has been living in the US for seven years, and returns to England because Arthur gets sick. He had left because Harry cheated on him with Malfoy, and he reconstructed his life entirely. Now that he's back, Harry is still in love with him and regrets having treated him badly... The story involves a multitude of subplots including Charlie/Seamus, where Seamus wants more out of the relationship but Charlie just wants a secksbuddy, Ginny is pregnant with Crabbe or Goyle's kid, but not with him, and the entire family disapproves of her friendship with him.

Then Ron gets sick too, and Harry finds out it was Malfoy who was poisoning people. (Malfoy, too, had been staying in Grimmauld Place).

I hope this isn't an entirely incoherent mess, and that one of you knows what I'm talking about!

I just read "Better than Dreams" and it was so yummy I even cried a few times...
so are there any more fics like this?
by this I mean
Remus is all obsessive and staring and blushing
Sirius is a gryffinwhore and remus is always jealous of his girls and stuff
and of course, a happy ending for the pups :D

or actually, could you just recommend anything that's deliciously angsty in some way for one of the pups
but of course in the end they're together and they're all kissy and fluffly and smutty
